Course Description
The goal of this course is for the participants to understand blockchain and AI fundamentals and their synergy, to explore the applications and benefits of Blockchain and AI in the food supply chain, to explore the challenges in implementing blockchain and AI solutions in the food supply chain, to develop skills for implementing blockchain and AI solutions and to discuss real-world examples of how Blockchain and AI are currently being used in the food industry.
