The goal of this course is for the participants to understand the underlying processes and potential issues in food quality assurance and certification, to understand the benefits of blockchain adoption for food quality assurance certification, to learn how blockchain technology can be used for food quality assurance and certification, to get familiar with case studies of blockchain application in food quality assurance, to dive into specific case studies of blockchain application in food quality certification, and to learn how to design and adapt your own blockchain application for food quality assurance and certification.
