COURSE DESCRIPTION
The goal of this course is for the participants to understand the synergies between Blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT) in the context of food supply chains, to understand the blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT) integration challenges and solutions in the context of food supply chains, to learn how Blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT) can enhance traceability, reduce waste, and improve efficiency in food supply chains, to investigate real-world examples of Blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT) applications in the food sector, and get acquainted with the future trends and potential direction of Blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT) in the food sector.
