ESG and SDGs in Food Supply Chain using Blockchain Technology

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The goal of this course is to equip learners with a foundational understanding of ESG, SDGs, and relevance to the Food Supply Chain and to highlight the role of blockchain technology in enhancing transparency, traceability, and compliance to ESG and SDGs in FSC. Also aims to provide practical case studies of Blockchain applications for ESG and SDG monitoring, reporting and verification in real-world Food Supply Chains, to introduce the regulatory environment surrounding ESG and SDGs in Food Supply Chain and how Blockchain can aid in ensuring compliance and to prepare learners to understand the implications of implementing Blockchain for ESG and SDGs on various stakeholders and to anticipate future trends in this space.
